Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Ace It: SAT Success Prep (“Ace It”), a separate SAT Reading, Writing, and Math app operated by JW Holdings LLC (“we”). By using Ace It, you agree to these terms. The standalone Ace The Verbal app and website have separate terms. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling.
Educational service
Ace It offers practice questions, tests, explanations, study tools, games, progress tracking, and score estimates for preparation. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the College Board. SAT is a trademark of the College Board. Scores, diagnostics, and recommendations are educational estimates; we cannot promise a score, admission result, or uninterrupted access.
Accounts and eligibility
You may use guest features where available. Account features require an account and may require an internet connection. Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate information. If you are a minor, use Ace It with a parent or guardian’s involvement. The app is not directed to children under 13.
Subscriptions, trials, and purchases
Ace It may offer monthly or annual subscriptions through Apple’s in-app purchase system. The purchase screen and Apple confirmation sheet display the current price, billing period, and any introductory trial available to your Apple Account. A trial is available only when Apple confirms eligibility. Unless you cancel before the trial or current period ends, the subscription renews automatically at the displayed price and cadence. Apple charges your Apple Account, handles refunds under its rules, and lets you manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting Ace It or your Ace It account does not cancel a store subscription.
One verified Ace It subscription is intended to unlock both subjects according to the access shown at checkout. Ads may continue during a trial; verified paid access removes ads in the app. Some games remain free with ads for users without paid access. Purchases made in the standalone Ace The Verbal app do not automatically transfer into a separate app bundle; eligible existing subscribers may receive Ace It access only after account and purchase verification. The app provides a restore-purchases action. Contact support if access cannot be restored.
Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to the iOS app unless the App Store listing states another license agreement. Apple’s purchase and subscription terms also apply. If those platform terms conflict with these service terms for an Apple purchase, the platform terms govern that purchase.
Progress and imports
Progress sync and import features depend on the account and source data available. Imports from other apps require an explicit action. Check the result before deleting an older app or account. Network, storage, or device failures can interrupt access or sync; contact us if you see missing progress.
Permitted use and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, personal, noncommercial, nontransferable right to use Ace It for SAT preparation, subject to these terms. Ace It content, designs, question banks, explanations, software, and branding belong to JW Holdings LLC or its licensors. Do not scrape, copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse protected material except as law permits. Do not interfere with the app, other users, or its security.
Third-party services and availability
Ace It relies on providers such as Apple, Firebase, Google Analytics, and Google Mobile Ads. Their terms and policies may apply to features they provide. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for maintenance, security, content quality, or legal compliance.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ace It is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee that it will always be error-free or available. To the extent permitted by law, JW Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including lost data, profits, or educational opportunities. These limitations do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the app or applicable requirements change. We will revise the date above and give additional notice when appropriate. Continuing to use Ace It after an update means accepting the revised terms where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to jeff@jwholdingsllcapp.com.
