This page explains practical controls for the separate Ace It mobile app. The full details are in the Ace It Privacy Policy.
Account and learning data
In Ace It, open You to view account options and delete your account. Account deletion removes cloud learning progress and local account data after the request completes. Purchase, entitlement, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, and legal records may remain as described in the policy. Guest data is stored on your device where guest use is available; clearing app data or uninstalling the app removes local guest data.
If you cannot use the in-app deletion option, email jeff@jwholdingsllcapp.com and say “Ace It account deletion.” Do not send passwords or full payment-card details. We may ask you to verify account ownership.
Ads and tracking
On eligible screens, free and trial users may see ads; verified paid users should not. Where shown in Ace It’s You area, choose Ad privacy choices → Manage to review Google Mobile Ads consent options. If the control is unavailable, email us for help. On iPhone, you can also control tracking for Ace It in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Limiting tracking does not necessarily remove ads.
Subscriptions and notifications
Manage or cancel an iOS subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple handles store payments and refunds. Use Ace It’s Restore purchases action in You if access is missing. Manage notification permissions in iOS Settings and study reminder preferences in the app.
