Ace It: SAT Success Prep

Privacy Policy

JW Holdings LLC (“we”) operates Ace It: SAT Success Prep (“Ace It”), a separate mobile app for SAT Reading, Writing, and Math practice. This policy describes how we handle information when you use Ace It. The standalone Ace The Verbal app and website have their own policies; this page applies to Ace It.

Information we handle

Account and support: email address, account or user ID, display name if supplied, sign-in provider, and messages you send to support. Guest use may be available without an account.
Learning activity: answers, progress, diagnostic and practice results, score estimates, missed-question review, games, achievements, study preferences, reminders, and data you explicitly import from another app. Account-backed progress can sync across devices; guest progress may remain on your device.
Purchases: product IDs, subscription and trial status, transaction identifiers, and purchase verification or restore records. Apple processes iOS payment details; we do not receive your full payment-card number.
App, analytics, and diagnostics: app interactions and events, app version, device or app identifiers, operating system, crash reports, performance data, IP-derived approximate location, and consent choices. Some information is generated by Firebase, Google Analytics, Crashlytics, Apple, and other service providers.
Advertising: when ads are enabled, Google Mobile Ads may process ad impressions, interactions, device or advertising identifiers where permitted, approximate location, and consent or App Tracking Transparency choices. The app may display ads during a free trial; verified paid access suppresses them.

Information collected depends on the features you use, your device, store, permissions, and privacy choices. We do not ask for precise location.

How we use information

We use it to provide and sync learning features, show results and review, verify purchases and eligibility, restore access, deliver requested reminders, measure product performance, troubleshoot crashes, respond to support requests, protect accounts, prevent abuse, and meet legal or store obligations. We use analytics to understand how Ace It is used and improve the app. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and sharing

We share information as needed with providers that operate these features: Google Firebase (authentication, cloud storage, analytics, and diagnostics), Google Mobile Ads and its consent tools, Apple (in-app purchases and store services), and hosting or support providers. Their handling of data is also governed by their policies. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a business transfer.

Ads, tracking, and choices

Ace It uses Google Mobile Ads on eligible screens. Free and trial users may see banner or interstitial ads; verified paid subscribers should not see ads. Where required, the app presents consent controls, and on iOS it asks for App Tracking Transparency permission before tracking across other companies’ apps or websites. You can decline tracking and still use available app features. Ads may still be shown in a less personalized form where permitted. The app’s You area may offer Ad privacy choices when the consent provider makes them available. You can also change iOS tracking permission in device Settings. See Privacy Choices.

Storage, retention, and deletion

Guest progress may be stored locally and can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling Ace It. Account-backed learning progress is stored with our cloud providers while your account is active. If you delete your account in the app, account learning progress and local account data are removed, subject to technical completion of the deletion request. We may retain purchase, entitlement, transaction, fraud-prevention, security, tax, accounting, and legal records for as long as needed to restore purchases or meet obligations. Providers may retain analytics and diagnostic data under their own retention settings and policies. Contact us if a deletion fails or you need help with a data request.

Import from the standalone Verbal app or Math source requires an explicit user action where that feature is available. Installing Ace It does not automatically move another app’s private data or store purchases into this app. Existing purchase access requires verification.

Your rights and requests

You can use guest access where available, manage app permissions in iOS Settings, manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple Account, restore a purchase from Ace It’s You area, and delete your Ace It account in the app. To request access, correction, deletion, or help with privacy rights that apply where you live, email jeff@jwholdingsllcapp.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children and international use

Ace It is for SAT preparation and is not directed to children under 13. Students under the age of majority should use the app with a parent or guardian. If you believe a child under 13 gave us personal information, contact us. We operate from the United States; information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.

Security and changes

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate for the service, although no online service can guarantee absolute security. We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or through another appropriate channel.
