These Terms govern your use of Ace The Verbal's website, dashboard, study guides, diagnostic, practice questions, tests, games, roots, review tools, and related Android app features.
Educational Service
Ace The Verbal provides SAT Reading and Writing practice and strategy content. Score ranges, diagnostics, statistics, and recommendations are educational estimates, not guarantees of SAT performance or admission outcomes.
Accounts And Guest Use
You may use available guest features without an account. Account-backed progress, sign-in, Google Sign-In, and cross-device sync require the relevant authentication services to be configured and available. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.
Subscriptions And Purchases
Paid plans unlock additional tests, practice sets, games, review tools, or ad-free access as described at checkout. Android purchases are managed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play terms. Web checkout, when enabled, is handled by the configured payment provider. Cancellation, renewal, refund, and trial rules are governed by the store or checkout provider used for the purchase.
Acceptable Use
You may not copy, scrape, resell, publish, or redistribute the question banks, explanations, tests, games, root data, vocabulary data, guides, source code, or other protected content except as allowed by law. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to build a competing product.
Intellectual Property
Ace The Verbal content, branding, designs, question banks, guides, explanations, and software are owned by Ace The Verbal or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service for SAT preparation.
Third-Party Services
The service may rely on providers such as Firebase, Google Analytics, Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads, hosting providers, and web checkout providers. Your use of those features may also be subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or browser.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ace The Verbal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost educational opportunities arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms as features, subscriptions, legal requirements, or provider integrations change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
